FROM THE FIRST REQUEST TO THE FINAL HANDOVER

A shared view.
A coordinated service.

PRM Tasker brings passenger assistance requests, flight context and team progress into one working environment. Give operators a clear next action and supervisors a useful view of the day.

The public preview uses fictional demo data. A customer pilot requires agreed onboarding, support and operational acceptance.

ONE WORKSPACE FOR THE WORK THAT MATTERS

Built around the assistance operation.

Preserve the detail operators need, with consistent actions and a shared service history. The operational workspace supports English and Lithuanian.

Requests with context

Flight, assistance code, passenger details and location stay together. Search, filter and open the service without losing your place in the list.

People and equipment

Set the required team size, assign authorized staff and record equipment against each assignment. Keep responsibility visible through the service.

A clear service timeline

Start, pause, resume and complete the service. Comments and status history keep the next handover informed; authorized corrections remain recorded.

An airport view

Review flight schedules and assistance needs. Choose an authorized station to work with its services, team and reporting context.

Reports you can work with

Review operational activity, filter the period and export available XLS reports or team PDFs. Access and report ranges follow workspace permissions and plan limits.

Separate customer workspaces

Each organization has its own operational database and private API. Verified membership and station access determine what a signed-in person can use.

Start with your real workflow

  1. Agree the airport stations, team roles and reporting scope.
  2. Prepare a separate workspace and authorized station access.
  3. Train the team using a complete assistance service.
  4. Accept onboarding, reports, recovery and support before a paid pilot.

Scope integrations separately

Flight feeds, customer SSO and other organization-specific connections need their own configuration and acceptance. The public preview is not connected to live airline or airport systems.

Public self-service registration remains closed while real email delivery and onboarding are being accepted. Availability and support commitments are agreed for each pilot.
