A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Airport passenger assistance teams, ground handling operators and their service partners. PRM means passengers with reduced mobility; the workspace supports the coordination of special assistance services.
The application is available as an early product preview using synthetic data. Workspace access requires an account. Customer self-service registration is being developed.
The planned customer model uses a separate database and credentials for each organization. The current preview contains one demonstration organization; automated provisioning is part of the SaaS roadmap.
Customer-specific flight data, messaging and sign-in integrations are planned as part of onboarding. The public preview is not connected to live airline or airport systems.
