THE WORKSPACE GUIDE
Find your next step.
Keep the service moving.
A practical guide to access, service progress and reports. Your workspace role and station permissions determine the actions available to you.
BEFORE YOU START
01 / ACCESS & STATIONS
Enter the right workspace.
- Sign in using your own account. Organization membership determines the workspace you can enter.
- Check the station shown in the workspace header. Choose another station only if it appears in your authorized selection.
- If an expected station or action is missing, ask your workspace owner to review your role and station access. Changing a URL cannot grant access.
My invitation or setup link has expired.
Ask your workspace owner for a new invitation or setup link. These links expire and can be replaced; an older link may no longer be valid after access changes.
Can I create a new customer workspace myself?
Public self-service registration is still closed while real email delivery and onboarding are being accepted. Existing members can sign in. Prospective customers can review pilot packages.
I forgot my password or cannot sign in.
Contact your workspace owner to review your account access and the appropriate recovery route. Do not share your password or another person’s account. This guide does not provide an account-recovery service.
02 / SERVICE WORKFLOW
Take the service from request to completion.
- Use the service list filters to find the flight, assistance code, passenger or service state. Opening and returning from a detail keeps the list context.
- Create a request or open an existing service. Check the flight date, time, direction, location and assistance requirements before saving.
- Set the required team size and assign authorized staff. Equipment controls become available in permitted assigned or active service states.
- Start the service, pause and resume as required, then complete it. Use comments to preserve useful handover context; check the status history for recorded changes.
Why is an action disabled or missing?
Your role, station access, assignment and the saved service state govern available actions. Equipment is read-only on closed services. During a save, conflicting controls are locked until the result is known.
A service was canceled by mistake.
An authorized administrator can open the canceled service and use the restoration section with a reason. The restoration retains the earlier cancellation in the history; it does not erase the audit trail.
03 / RECOVER AN ACTION
When the result is uncertain, check first.
A lost response does not prove that the action failed. Repeating an assignment or equipment toggle could reverse a change that was already saved.
- Keep the page open so retained entries remain available.
- Use “Review saved service” to inspect the saved state in another tab. Compare the team, equipment and history before continuing.
- If the session expired, sign in through the offered separate tab. Return to the original page and continue after checking.
- For a validation error, correct the indicated fields. For a temporary data-read error, retry after access is restored. Follow the feedback shown for that action.
Do not refresh a page containing unsaved work merely to dismiss a message. If the current state is unclear, ask the workspace owner to review the service history.
04 / REPORTS & TEAM
Keep reports and permissions in context.
The report is empty or covers a different period.
Check the selected station, dates, service filters and allowed report range. Closed services and attention filters can change what the list or report includes. Clear the filters when you need a broader view.
My export did not download.
Follow the export feedback: it distinguishes preparation, cancellation, failure and the download handed to the browser. After browser handoff, check your browser downloads. Retry a failed export using its retry action.
How do we change a teammate’s access?
The workspace owner manages team roles and permitted stations. Existing services and active assignments can constrain access changes. Review the confirmation and saved result; removing an authorized station should remove its access from existing sessions too.
Does the public guide include a support guarantee?
No support hours, response targets or availability SLA are implied by this guide. Agree those terms and an escalation contact as part of your pilot scope.
